My name is Scott Guild. I grew up in Ellershouse and from the e-mail below it seems you have a copy of the history of Ellershausen by James Lyttle.

I now live in Germany, but will be visiting my mother in a couple of weeks. She now lives in Grand Pré, and my brother lives in Falmouth. It would be great if I could visit you on 9 September, if you have time available? My timings have never matched up on any of my recent visits to NS.

I am also interested in any information you might have on the Guilds from Ellershouse and the Faders who lived in Newport. My grandfathers were John MacDonald Guild and Raymond Fader. I have quite a lot about the Guilds, but it is always good to discover new material. As for the Faders, it has been difficult, and I believe my great-grandfather may have been Charles Fader and lived in Newport. I have not had much luck finding anything previous to that.
