This book is a brief compilation of the history of this small inland area just off the New Ross Road going toward Vaughn.  It gives a brief history of who the early settlers were, the lifestyles, the early industries within the settlement and how it  all played a part in the lives of the early settlers who settled here from Bridgewater, N.S.

Charles and Israel Wile were the first two settlers for whom it was named with many more people coming and living thereafter. The book includes facts, pictures and articles all having to do with the early families who lived in this particular place.

Author Joan Wile-Hathaway will be available to chat and sell her book from 1-5pm. Hope you can join us!
